We Need A Resolution

When it comes to a conflict what do you think is best staying away from the person you just argued with or apology to them? Well there’s a lot of ways you can handle this problem. It’s not that bad to apologies to the person but going up to them is harder than it seems.
Here’s an example if you argue on the job that could led to a fight you’ll find yourself jobless and will have a illegal file on you at the police station. There are ways to keep your cool down and clam. There’s a student by the name of Anne Wear of St. Peters, Mo. She used to work in a store department for toys. While she was working, she had to stock up all the toys in the shelves and as soon as she was done a little boy knock them down. When she tried to explain to them in the nice way they didn’t even bother to pick them back up. It was at that moment when she lost all of her cool. She then yelled at the two boys and they went to their mother. Her boss then told her she was fired. After taking some time to think about what she has done.
There are a lot of ways to solve a conflict with the person you had it out with. Think very hard to what you might do next and don’t let others push you around. Deal with what they have to say and maybe they are right. Just don’t judge people for them telling the truth.

A Growing Field

When growing a field as a farmer, it is best that you do your work the right way of getting the right dirt and soil in an area of a large plain. Mr. John Christian is just that kind of person and enjoys planting and making the right kind of plants he needs as well as others. He gets up everyday working from 7 am. He always goes directly to the green house and always does the same thing, by letting out the hen first. Then goes to water the plants. Christian is 33 years old and his farm is called “Nature’s Edge Farm,” it is located in Canterbury, Conn. He mostly grows green like Lettuce, arugula, kale, and boy choy. To him it’s like a job and more of a life style. He delivers them to local markets and sales them to others. Farming as been a big part of his family and has been pass down to every generation till this day. He loves working as a farmer and can’t imagine life with out it.

Building An E-Portfolio

Building an e-portfolio is very interesting to do, because when you are using this type of web-site it’s easy to make a good resume on the internet. Two people or three explained in the article and stating that it’s best to use and getting a job when other companies take a look at the site of your interest, layouts, resume, and internships that you want to go into.
One of the people is Ryan Casey; he is a journalist at Arkansas Tech University. He has spent his college career in a great way of building his very own background in writing and public relations. Mr. Casey has explained that when he has used this site to make him land two internships with a major baseball team was that he got help from the e-portfolio.
This site is not like myspace or facebook, it’s something that shows off your talents and skills to what you can do in life. It can also contact employers or professional reasons that relate to a job description. The main thing is that its about yourself and background to what you can do for a job career.

Go Deeper

In the passage that I have read was about a young lady name Shannon Smith. She is 23 years old and lives in Mission Viejo, California. She studies the marine life of various sea life and concentrates them on how their life is and their habitat are in a giant aquarium. She is working towards her associate’s degree in Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, California.

When Smith goes to work it might look easy but really is hard for her to stay in control with the animals. There are giant tanks that hold some sharks, fish, octopus, and other aquatic animals. The animals really knows what is to expect and some of them offend comes to the surface to speck to Ms. Smith. Smith is very helpful to the animals and when it comes to their health. The best thing that Shannon loves to do is play with the animals and talk to them about their day.
